I had a lovely shopping trip at Target today. I wanted to say thank you to my check out clerk Tom who went above and beyond with his kindness as he checked me out. Thanks Tom for cheering my day! I hope your boss knows how good your customer service skills are. I for one appreciated it! Diane

I wish I could give zero stars… this was the worst buying experience, I went to buy an item at my store and it was out of stock and so I clicked on the nearby store and this one had one in stock so I ordered it and I drove 35 minutes to come pick it up, when I get there they said they were out of stock and cancelled my order but that they could go get another color if it was available…. They brought the other color and said that I had to buy it again and at full price instead of the deal I had paid for on top of that I had to wait 3 days for the money I got back from the other order that they canceled without asking if I wanted another color before then to come back into my account. The parking here sucks and the staff was rude when I said never mind because I only had the money available when I bout the item initially and yet the sale would be over before I got my money back, luckily the app offered to ship it to my house for free and so I did…. Point is Don’t shop at this target!

It’s a target. Good selection for one that isn’t a super target, but you do have to keep that in mind when going: they don’t have the full grocery section. The one issue is really the registers, they usually only have self check open, occasionally a single other register, so the line backs up quite a bit

I shop at this target weekly but lately it’s going really down hill. I was there and I what I guess was a manager (surely did not act like how one should) named Karen what her name tag said was on the sales floor talking to another manager how horrible her staff was. She was pure negative. Then latter on as I passed the grocery section which she must be over she was so unprofessional the way she talked to the staff member. I was embarrassed for him that she treated and talked to him specially in front of other. I have witnessed this several times from this person might have to avoid the grocery section. Target please train your managers better

I use to love target and the convenience of drive up, but every time I have a pickup order with Cynthia she has a nasty attitude for no reason. My husband picked up an order for me and she yelled at him and threw bulky items at him! If she wasn’t about 100 years old I would’ve threw them right back at her. Disgusting behavior and terrible customer service. ZERO stars for Cynthia!

mostly love this place and staff, never had an issue tonight i went in at 9:39 they had an announcement saying they closed in 20 minutes... Online it says 11:59 pm? Ok strange- i head to the door as im leaving I see an employee and show her the times it says online and show the address for the specific location.. Very snooty she nods and says "starts tomorrow" Okay that's fair i'm in the industry i get it- i left. Why would corporate do this to all of these target locations?? Also, i'm fine and i get it but the attitude was unnecessary.

A particular item (Hatch- for babies) was purchased from this store. When the item (Hatch) was opened to be used it would not work at all. Once I contacted the customer service line for Hatch and troubleshooting was done they advised me that the store sold me an item that was returned by someone else. Per customer service the previous owner already had an account to it and once it was reset it will not work Properly. Per the customer service line all stores was advised not to resale returned items for this reason alone. Hence, why I’m having issues connecting to it. Now i can’t seem to get in contact with anyone at the store for assistance. I do not live in Daytona beach at all so going inside cannot happen. Now, we cannot replace the item at all through customer service online as the receipt can’t be found. This is utterly ridiculous. Still can’t get through to this target to try and at least get an order number.

Went there looking for passport photos....a Google search stated that CVS provided them...expected a free-standing CVS...it's not...it's inside this massive Target, and did not find any photo services....the Target seems fine, it's huge....just a bit peeved to waste my time and unable to accomplish what google said I could... went about a half mile down the road and got my photos done at Staples....no problem....just go there.
